MIAA Beauty | General Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all services rendered and products purchased at MIAA Beauty. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms, which constitute a binding agreement between the customer and MIAA Beauty. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
- Bookings: We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time slot.
- Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with prior notice, subject to availability.
- Grace Period: Appointments are held for 15 minutes. After this window, it may be marked as a "No-Show".
2. Consultation & Safety
- Client Consent: New clients must complete the "Declaration & Consent" form.
- Patch Testing: Recommended prior to chemical or technical services.
- Medical Notification: Inform your beauty expert of any medical conditions or allergies.
3. Service Refusal
- Safety First: We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed unsafe.
- Zero Tolerance: Any verbal or physical abuse will result in immediate refusal and permanent ban.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Taxes: Prices are subject to applicable government taxes.
- Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and authorized digital wallets accepted.
- Billing: Always request your invoice. Contact us immediately if not received.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Service Policy: No refunds on services. Corrective solutions may be offered within 7 days.
- Product Returns: Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days with valid bill. No cash refunds.
6. Valuables & Liability
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. MIAA Beauty shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables brought onto the premises or during outdoor visits.
7. Loyalty & Promotions
- Offers: Promotional offers cannot be clubbed with other discounts or exchanged for cash.
- Packages: Service packages are non-transferable and must be used within validity period.
8. Data Privacy
Your personal data is collected voluntarily for the purpose of service customization and marketing.
